Q: Can I return my product for a refund?

A: Sure! We're 100% committed to making you happy. If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us via contact@soweirdsocute.com with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will provide the return instructions in details! Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

A: We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each item is hand-checked by our warehouse before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away within 10 days upon receiving your order. 

 

Q: Can I customize my phone case?

A: Yes, some of our phone cases can be customized. Please contact us if you'd like to personalize your case.

Q: What is the delivery time?

A: We offer Free International Shipping. After a 1-3 day processing time, your product will be airfreighted to your country. You can typically expect to receive your parcel within 7-14 days.

Q: Is it possible to receive my parcel in 5 days if it's urgent?

A: We offer expedited shipping with DHL for $26. This option ensures delivery within 2-5 days.
